Bio

Jennifer Levin Bonder is a visiting instructor at the Center for Canadian-American Studies at Western Washington University. She was previously in the other Washington on Fulbright exchange with the Center for Canadian Studies at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Her doctoral research at the University of Toronto explores Canada’s experiments around foreign investment and trade diversification. She became fascinated by policy after working at Global Affairs Canada and has continued to bring together academics, politicians and practitioners as a fellow with the Bill Graham Centre for Contemporary International History at the Munk School of Global Affairs.
