Jillian Oderkirk is a senior health economist in the Health Division of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris, France. She studies OECD countries’ progress in advancing national health information infrastructure, including the development of electronic health record systems, adoption of digital technologies and health data governance. Prior to joining the OECD in 2011, Jillian was director of the Health Analysis Division at Statistics Canada in Ottawa, Canada. She has a master’s degree in economics from McMaster University, Hamilton, Canada.
