John Cadham is an independent researcher, consultant and project facilitator, and an instructor in the Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs at Carleton University. Formerly the head of a small technology consulting company in the government, environmental, energy and resource sectors, he worked extensively in the Middle East, where he led International Development Research Centre-sponsored water-sector projects in Lebanon, Syria and Turkey as well as an assignment working for the Water Resources Working Group of the Middle East peace process.
