Meaghan Dietrich

Meaghan Dietrich is a program manager at CIGI, where she leads the Digital Policy Hub (DPH). In this role, she works with DPH fellows to bridge transdisciplinary research and real-world impact, engaging policy makers, industry leaders and practitioners in critical conversations on digital governance.

Bio

Meaghan Dietrich is a program manager at CIGI, where she leads the Digital Policy Hub (DPH). In this role, she works with DPH fellows to bridge transdisciplinary research and real-world impact, engaging policy makers, industry leaders and practitioners in critical conversations on digital governance.

Before joining CIGI, Meaghan served as an international admissions officer and faculty member at Conestoga College, where she supported international students and taught Canadian multiculturalism in the School of Interdisciplinary Studies. She also held leadership roles as vice president of Laurier Model United Nations, director of outreach for Laurier Moot Court as well as a mentor for Women in Leadership Laurier, where she advanced student engagement and contributed to shaping policy outcomes.

Meaghan brings additional experience from the legal and non-profit sectors, including work as a legal assistant, an editorial assistant at Columbia University and as a CanStudyUS Fellow with the Toronto Metropolitan University Leadership Lab. Across these roles, she has developed expertise in policy analysis, stakeholder engagement and program coordination.

She holds an M.A. in applied politics and a B.A. in political science from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she specialized in legal studies.
