Bio
Moses K. Tesi is a professor of political science in the Department of Political Science at Middle Tennessee State University. He received a Ph.D. in political science from Vanderbilt University, an M.A. in international relations from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in international studies from the University of Pennsylvania. He is the editor of The Environment and Development in Africa (Lexington Books, 2000) and The Journal of African Policy Studies.
