Bio
Stefano Pagliari is a PhD Candidate in Global Governance at the University of Waterloo.
His academic interests focus on the politics of the international financial system, financial regulation, and international political economy. His current research thesis analyzes the influence of the financial industry over the politics of international financial regulation in the context of the subprime mortgage crisis. Mr. Pagliari holds a Balsillie Fellowship at the Centre for International Governance Innovation.
Prior to the University of Waterloo, Mr. Pagliari studied in Italy (University of Bologna) and in England (London School of Economics and Political Science, and University of Manchester).
