William Perrin is a trustee with the Carnegie UK Trust. William has worked on many regulatory regimes in the United Kingdom, and at Carnegie, with Professor of Internet Law Lorna Woods, set out an approach to regulating harms from social media in 2018 that can be seen today in the UK and EU Digital Services Act proposals.
