Bio

Yue Yuan is a Ph.D. candidate at China Foreign Affairs University and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University). She was a fellow of the Arms Control Negotiation Academy (2021–2022) at Harvard University’s Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies. She is pursuing research on space security policy, China-US-Russia relations, and nuclear arms control and disarmament. She worked with the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research space security team and the Center on Terrorism, Extremism, and Counterterrorism at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. She holds a dual master’s degree in international affairs from the MGIMO University in Russia, and non-proliferation and terrorism studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey in the United States.
