Bio
Melisa Foster is a graduate of the master of international public policy program at the BSIA.
Prior to joining the BSIA and CIGI, she completed a bachelor of public affairs and policy management at Carleton University, with a specialization in human rights. Both her research and professional interests are primarily centred around health policy and governance.
