Pamela Chasek

Pamela Chasek is professor of political science and director of the International Studies Program at Manhattan College in the Bronx, New York. She is also the executive editor of the IISD’s Earth Negotiations Bulletin, a reporting service on UN environment and development negotiations.

Pamela Chasek is professor of political science and director of the International Studies Program at Manhattan College in the Bronx, New York. She is also the executive editor of the IISD’s Earth Negotiations Bulletin, a reporting service on UN environment and development negotiations.

She is the author and editor of numerous articles and several books on international environmental policy, politics and negotiations, including The Roads from Rio: Lessons Learned from Twenty Years of Multilateral Environmental Negotiations (2012), and Global Environmental Politics, 6th edition (2013). Pamela received her Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
