Robert Lavigne

Robert Lavigne is principal researcher of the Global Issues Division, International Department, at the Bank of Canada. He works on IMF reform issues, notably surveillance reform, and advises the Canadian office at the Fund on policy issues discussed by the Executive Board. His other areas of interest include the economics of fiscal adjustment, global imbalances and the international monetary system.
