The conference Frameworks for Sovereign Debt Restructuring was held at Columbia University on November 17, 2014 with the sponsorship of the Initiative for Policy Dialogue, the Center on Global Economic Governance, the Centre for International Governance Innovation and the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. José Antonio Ocampo is co-president of the IPD, professor of professional practice in the School of International and Public Affairs and Fellow of the Committee on Global Thought at Columbia University.
