In honour of CIGI's 20th birthday, The Waterloo Region Record spoke with CIGI president Rohinton P. Medhora about the think tank's two decades of leading research and expert analysis — all happening right in the heart of Waterloo.
Speaking to reporter Catherine Thompson, Medhora marvels at what Thompson refers to as "the audacity of vision that created such a place in Waterloo."
She writes, "CIGI was created in 2001, in response to growing evidence that new ideas were needed to address a host of global problems from climate change to financial crises."
