In a letter to the Financial Times, CIGI Senior Fellow Hector Torres states that China and India should demand a bigger IMF role.

"China and India, for their part, should assume full trade responsibilities and co-operate in ensuring that the WTO’s S&D treatment provides meaningful benefits to those countries that need it most."
