Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was the final leader to meet privately with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Friday prior to the official start of the G20 summit in Hamburg.

Celine Bak, president of Analytica Advisors and senior fellow with the global economy program of the Centre for International Governance Innovation, said there is a lot in the plan everyone should be able to agree with, even Trump. That includes emphasizing the role the climate change plan can play in infrastructure investment. Trump has made a $1 trillion pledge to build infrastructure in America.
