In this video blog, CIGI's Thomas A. Bernes provides an overview of the key issues to be addressed by the G20 leaders in Toronto. While the spirit of the G20 meetings have been to show collective action, as each country is covering at different rates new challenges are emerging to maintain solidarity. The G20 remains focused on the world economic recovery, but an emerging issue is to promote sustainable growth as fiscal stimulus declines and governments must carry a heavier debt load.
