Cybersecurity and space security are intrinsically interlinked, and both are crucial to the advancement of contemporary statecraft. The rapidly evolving technology base that integrates these unique environments, along with the increasing dependence on this critical infrastructure, require a cultural change in the way innovative technical and policy solutions are developed to ensure global security.

In partnership with Space Canada, the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) will host a round table discussion on themes emphasized in CIGI’s newly released essay series, Cybersecurity and Outer Space. The event will bring together experts in the field to exchange ideas and perspectives on the current challenges and opportunities in these domains to deepen the conversation and the necessary collaboration on this critical topic.
