On June 14, 2017, from 1:00 pm to 2:45 pm, the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) will host a lunchtime side event at the headquarters of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva (room NB 0.107). The event, which will take place in the margins of the 34th Session of the WIPO Intergovernmental Committee (IGC), provides an avenue for delegates to engage in constructive reflections on the future of the WIPO IGC. The session will feature ambassadors, senior diplomats, as well as leading experts from industry, Indigenous groups, academia and relevant IGOs. A light lunch will be provided.
