Following the terrorist attacks in Brussels, French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve warned of the dangers the dark net poses and how criminals can use informal, anonymous networks. “It is imperative that domestic intelligence reaches a level of expertise and mastery of these channels used by our enemies,” he said before the Senate.
