The Euro Zone’s Hour of Decision: Update

Wolfgang Manchu in the Financial Times argues that the euro zone’s hour of decision – or, as he puts it, bifurcation point – has arrived. Looking at the deteriorating situation in Spain, it is hard to argue with him.
