Dan Ciuriak, CIGI senior fellow and former deputy chief economist at Canada’s Department of International Trade, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss Ottawa's efforts to limit foreign investment in companies related to public health or critical supply chains as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
"For the short-term we are going to be seeing all kinds of extraodinary measures to support industry around the world and governments will make sure their own domestic companies can survive when economies have been put into an induced coma," said Ciuriak.
