Rohinton P. Medhora, president of the Centre for International Governance Innovation, weighs in on the new NAFTA deal and what it means for Canada.
After two years of negotiations and uncertainty Medhora discusses the announcement that the U.S. will move forward with ratifying the agreement. "A major review on the innovation side of things are reviews of the agreement every six years and major reviews every 16 years. There's a built-in modernization agreement which I think is a good thing."
