In celebration of National Indigenous Peoples Day, the Wilfrid Laurier University (WLU) Indigenous Student Centre and the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) would like to invite you to a sunrise ceremony in the CIGI Campus Courtyard. This ceremony will be led by Elder Jean Becker (Senior Advisor, Indigenous Initiatives at WLU) and will feature singing and drumming by Cara Loft (Indigenous Field of Study Coordinator, Faculty of Social Work, WLU). Garrison McCleary (Master of Social Work Candidate, WLU) will serve as Firekeeper.

Continental breakfast will be served in the CIGI Foyer following the close of the ceremony. Please kindly RSVP to assist us with the planning of this event.
