Fen Osler Hampson, CIGI distinguished fellow and executive director of the World Refugee Council, appeared on CTV's Power Play to discuss the Council's new report and its recommendations for supporting both refugees and the communities that host them:

"We need to pay a lot more attention to the needs of host countries...in the developing world who are bearing the brunt of the current world refugee crisis. Some 68 million people who have been forcibly displaced, and most of them are actually in countries...that do not have the capacity, the resources, to feed, to house, to provide social services for these people."
